RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    Coordinate monthly sales tax filings
•    Coordinate quarterly income tax payments 
•    Review departmental expenses and journalize expense accruals
•    Balance sheet account reconciliation
•    Canadian QST and GST returns
•    Integrate the Asia closing into the US general ledger
•    Maintain the financial reporting report directories
•    Responsible for the E-Comm sales entries and reconciling the credit card receivable
•    Coordinate the London payroll accounting and VAT filing.


QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Minimum of 3 years experience 
•    Retail / Wholesale / Apparel Industry experience a plus
•    Prior experience working with foreign entitles
•    Prior experience reconciling intercompany accounts
•    BBA with Major in Finance or Accounting
•    Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
•    Must have good Excel spread sheet skills
•    Detail oriented with a control mind set

$75,000 - $95,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NJ - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other AO employees.)
