THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute site merchandising and content strategies to drive sales and brand vision.
• Oversee the timely and accurate set up of products / deliveries and corresponding merchandising.
• Analyze site KPI’s on a weekly / monthly basis and present findings to Senior Leadership.
• Make site optimization & enhancement suggestions based on reporting (i.e. checkout funnel analysis, navigation & assortment layout) to increase conversion.
• Partner cross functionally to ensure the site is set up for 360 marketing moments.
• Own vendor relationships, ensuring continual enhancement to the customer experience and ways to maximize the partnership.
• Responsible for the growth of the Organic Search channel and partnering with our agency on updates.
• Review all calendars for maximum alignment across email, sms and site messages. Once designed, review test emails for approval, linking and merchandising.
• Oversee various aspects of e-commerce photo shoots, ensuring shoots are scheduled appropriately to align with new product deliveries.
• Be able to swiftly identify, respond to and troubleshoot any issues that may arise on the site.
• Stay abreast of all store communication to ensure that ecomm is aligned with stores to create a smooth omni-channel experience.
• Partner with the Customer Service team to understand returns, customer complaints/issues, and pain points to optimize the site.
• Ad hoc reporting and presentations.
• Lead and manage the Ecommerce Manager, Merchandise Assistant and Intern.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 8 years related work experience
• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly in Excel
• Experience with web-based content management systems, specifically Shopify+
• Experience with analytics platforms, specifically Google Analytics

$125,000 - 140,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other A+O employees.)
